Shipping Policy for The Garland Source

We are committed to delivering your Unmatched Quality garlands efficiently and reliably. This policy outlines how and when your order will arrive.

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of placing the order.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Holiday Season Notice (Nov 15 - Dec 20): Due to the high volume of orders for The Garland Source, processing time may extend to 3-4 business days. We appreciate your patience as we meticulously prepare your order.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. All delivery estimates are provided in business days (Monday–Friday).

3. Guaranteed Holiday Delivery (Q4 Critical)

 

  • Christmas Delivery Deadline: For guaranteed delivery by December 24th, your order must be placed by December 15th at 11:59 PM EST

  • We recommend using our Expedited option for any purchases made after Date: e.g., December 12th. The Garland Source is not responsible for transit delays caused by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

 

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

5. Damage, Loss, or Missing Items

 

  • Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately. We will process a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement at no cost.

  • Lost Shipments: The Garland Source is not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. If you suspect package theft, please contact your local law enforcement and our support team.
