1. Our 30-Day Return Window

 

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unbent, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and custom bulk orders are exempt from return.

 

3. Initiating a Return

 

To start a return, please contact our support team.

  • Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for sending your item back to our fulfillment center.

 

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

 

5. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)

 

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

 

6. Return Shipping

 

  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund amount.

  • Because of the high value of our products, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
